Winter Wednesdays

Thanks to a grant from Film Hub North West Central, part of the BFI Film Audience Network, we were able to put together a "Winter Wednesdays" season.

This was a season of eight dramas ranging from the established cinema classics like L'Atalante and Journey to Italy to the most contemporary films such as Lilting and Le Week-End. Covering many different languages, countries, decades and styles, they all have one thing in common - their excellence.
